1) Identify your custom flag size(s)

Typical sizes (all in feet): 2x3, 3x5, 4x6, 5x8, 6x10, 8x12, 10x15

Other sizes are available please contact us.


2) Artwork Requirements ---
For a prompt approval process please provide the following:
  •  For a clean printed image Vector art is required
  •  All fonts and strokes are outlined
  •  Spell checked for errors and proof the art
  •  For maximum color match include solid coated Pantone® colors
  • Note: undefined process colors may not print as previewed

Preferred and accepted file formats for artwork submission:
.PDF – Portable Document Format
.AI – Adobe Illustrator Document
.EPS – Encapsulated PostScript


3) Printing Options ---
I will need to know if you want to print the image as Single Reverse or Double Sided

Single Reverse - Printed on the front side with full ink penetration. On the reverse side, the image will appear backwards.



Double Sided - Two flags printed and sewn together back to back with a heavy duty block out liner in between. Does not fly like a single flag due to added weight. This is two separate flags, sewn together with a liner in the middle. (Generally double price since two flags must be made)


4) Material Options ---
Material:
  •    200 Denier Nylon (print can be up to 72" in length - suitable for outdoor use) 


  •    100% Tight knit Poly (long lasting - ideal for outdoor use)


  •    Poly Satin (Silk like finish ideal for indoor use like wall or podium banners)

A: We offer a variety of standard sizes including 2x3, 3x5, 4x6, 5x8, 6x10, 8x12, and 10x15 feet. Custom sizes are also available upon request.

Q2: What printing options do you offer?
A: We provide two printing options: Single Reverse, where the image appears backwards on the reverse side, and Double Sided, which involves two flags sewn together with a block-out liner in between for a more durable and legible display on both sides. Please note, Double Sided may not fly as anticipated and will be heavier than a normal flag, please review the above breakdown of how we make the double sided flag.

A: You can choose from 200 Denier Nylon, 100% Tight Knit Poly, or Poly Satin. Nylon and Poly are ideal for outdoor use, while Poly Satin is perfect for indoor displays like wall or podium banners.

A: We require vector art for the cleanest print quality. Please ensure that all fonts and strokes are outlined, and the artwork is proofed for spelling and errors. Preferred file formats include .PDF, .AI, and .EPS.

Q6: What finishing options are available for outdoor flags?
A: Standard outdoor flags up to 6’x10’ are finished with a heavy-duty canvas header and two brass grommets. Flags larger than 8’x12’ are finished with a roped header and thimbles. Additional finishing options are available upon request.
