In honor of Deputy Barbara Fenley
Governor Abbott has allowed a half staff alert for the county of Eastland Texas in honor of Deputy Barbara Fenley. The half staff alert is to remain in effect until after the memorial service.
Deputy Fenley heroically gave her life in efforts to rescue victims of the Eastland Complex Fire.
